  • You are welcome to bring a small pillow, blanket and any personal comfort items such as a pad, cushion, etc. that does not exceed the size of a yoga mat.


A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience designed to help your nervous system shift out of stress and into a state of calm and regulation. During the session, you will rest comfortably on the floor while therapeutic sounds and vibrations are played using crystal singing bowls and other instruments. These sounds are not music in the traditional sense. They are sustained tones and frequencies that gently engage the body and brain, supporting relaxation, focus, and overall balance.

You may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep stillness. Some people fall asleep, feel very relaxed or drift into a meditative state while others remain fully aware but more calm. Every experience is different, and there is no “right” way to respond.
