What To Know and Expect at a Heal In Peace Sound Bath

A sound bath is a deeply restorative experience designed to help your nervous system shift out of stress and into a state of calm and regulation. These sounds are not music in the traditional sense. They are sustained tones and frequencies that gently engage the body and brain, supporting relaxation, focus, and overall balance.

You may notice sensations such as warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep stillness. Some people fall asleep, feel very relaxed or drift into a meditative state while others remain fully aware but more calm. Every experience is different, and there is no “right” way to respond.

Rest comfortably while you’re guided by soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls (tuned to 432 Hz), gongs, chimes, and an ocean drum. Clients report reduced perception of pain, improved quality of sleep, reduced stress, decreased tension, and deep relaxation.

Come as you are. Leave more settled.
